15 min is never pointless

I am here to advocate for the quick 15 min workout.   It may not seem like much but it’s so much more than 15 min.  It means keeping a routine when you feel like your whole body is going to collapse under the pain of your newly forming muscles.  It means getting up in the morning to work your body out before work.  The amount of energy you can have at work, after getting your heart rate up before it, is astounding.  I was becmonig the type of person who needed one or two cups of coffee to get through the day.  Today on my first break I still made the cup (out of habit)  but realized I didn’t really need it.  So by the time my second break rolled around I was aware enough not to make one.  So that to me is what a 15 min work out is…  No more coffee.
