Week 3/6

Big Goal: Lose 12lbs in 6 weeks – Still working on it

Medium Goal: 2 lbs a week – Didn’t make it this week or last.  It’s starting to get discouraging so I’ll have to figure something out.

This weeks goal: Go to the gym everyday for at least 30 min – I have managed on average 5 days a week for the past two weeks which really but I want to push for 7 days this week.

Weight: 222.8  (0.2 increase on last week)

I didn’t have a good week last week AT ALL!  😦   I really hope I can turn things around this week.
