*NEW!* Week 2/14

Big Goal: *NEW* – Lose 25lbs in 3 months for my new Weight Loss Challenge

Medium Goal: Lose 1 lb this week (Not so much last week, I’ll try again)

This weeks goal: I need to get 30 minutes of excercise everyday (I’m doing pretty good at this)

Weight: 226.2  (+2lbs on last week)

There are things in my life that may hinder this weight loss… but I’m going to do my best.

    I did not lose a single pound this first week. I’m trying to look at the positives and use the experience to motivate me for week two. It looks like you are doing the same! Good luck!
