Chubbygrls Guac

Recipe:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp of cilantro

All I did was peel everything that needed peeled and chopped things up just enough to throw them in my food processor and *zoooooom*   Voila!  Finito!

Cal 160;  Fat  8;  Sat fat 2.8;  Sodium 2;  Carbs 12;  Fibre 8.5;  Protein 2.5

What I love most about this recipe is how great it is with carrot sticks. Yum! Yum!  And how I can eat it guilt free. I know avocados are high in fat but I always tend to be under in the amount of fat I eat so it’s an easy treat for me. 🙂
